Each project is a dedicated space for one assignment or client. You create a project with name, address and contact person. All incoming emails that AI links to this project appear automatically in the project file.

With the Team plan you can invite colleagues to your environment. Everyone sees the same projects and emails. You manage who has access and can remove members at any time.

Settings
In settings you manage your personal details, password, email address and your subscription. You can upgrade from Solo to Team, downgrade, add extra users or cancel your subscription.

AI functionality
AI reads every incoming email completely and determines based on sender, subject, salutation and content which project the email belongs to. When in doubt, the email is placed in the "To be linked" queue so you can intervene manually.
